What are 4x4 FEP sheets?
FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a fluoropolymer in the same family as PTFE. It shares PTFE’s non-stick, chemically inert surface, but it’s optically clear. For concentrates, that clarity is the whole point: customers and budtenders can see the color and texture of the product through the sheet.
FEP sheets are used to store, cure, display and transfer concentrates after extraction. They’re sold as pre-cut squares (4x4 is the most common) and larger custom-cut pieces.

Is FEP safe for concentrates?
FEP is a fluoropolymer known for its non-stick surface and chemical inertness, which is why it’s widely used for handling and storing concentrates. If your market or customer requires specific material documentation, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s available.
What’s the difference between FEP and PTFE sheets?
Both are non-stick fluoropolymers. FEP is clear and stiffer; PTFE is translucent and folds more easily. See PTFE vs FEP sheets.
Can I use FEP sheets for cold cure?
Yes. FEP’s clear, flat, non-stick surface is a common choice for cold curing rosin and other solventless products.

Are these the same FEP films used in 3D printers?
FEP film is also sold for resin 3D printer vats, but those products are cut and packaged for a different use. Our FEP sheets are sized and packed for concentrate packaging and handling.
