Packaging samples with jars, pouches and cartons

Terp Vessel

Material expertise. Packaging made simple.

Factory-direct materials and packaging for brands that care about the details.

Where it began

We started with the material.

Terp Vessel supplies PTFE and FEP materials to B2B clients worldwide.

See PTFE liners, 4x4 PTFE sheets, clear 4x4 FEP sheets and one-stop cannabis packaging.

Today, we bring the same practical discipline to jars, pouches, cartons and complete cannabis packaging 閳?with one team from material to delivery.

Designed for repeatable quality

The details behind a package that arrives ready.

Good packaging is more than an attractive surface. It has to fit the product, travel reliably, and repeat accurately from one production run to the next.

Our role is to bring material knowledge, practical packaging options and clear production communication into one working process for your team.

Material, color, print and fit are reviewed against the approved production brief.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is confirmed with each quote.

How long does production take?

Lead time is confirmed with each quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We handle export documentation and can work with your freight forwarder or ours.

Can you do custom sizes and custom printing?

Yes. We offer full customization: custom sheet sizes, custom roll widths, custom pre-cuts, full-color UV printing on jar lids, custom mylar bag printing, and private-label packaging. Send us your specs and we will quote.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal for samples and small orders, and L/C for larger ongoing relationships. New clients typically start with 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. We provide free material samples for PTFE/FEP sheets and parchment paper (you pay shipping). For custom printed jars and custom mylar bags, sample costs depend on tooling and setup. Sample timing is confirmed with each quote.

What is the difference between PTFE and FEP sheets?

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is the most common non-stick material, rated to 500°F, slightly textured surface, very durable. FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is fully transparent, slightly less heat resistant, and has a smoother surface. PTFE is better for higher-temp pressing; FEP is preferred when visual clarity matters.
