Ordering & MOQ

Do you sell wholesale only?

Yes. We work with business buyers in the US and Canada: packaging distributors, extraction labs, cannabis and accessory brands, and companies that supply dispensaries. We don’t sell single retail packs to consumers.

What’s your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the product and whether it is stock, custom or private label. Send us your product list and target quantities and we will quote MOQ line by line.

Do you offer low MOQ cannabis packaging?

We sell by the full carton, which keeps per-unit costs reasonable for smaller distributors and brands. Contact us to see what quantities make sense for your first order.

How do I get a quote?

Email us or use the quote form with the product, size, quantity, packing (bulk or private label) and delivery city. For multi-item orders, a spreadsheet is ideal.

What payment methods do you accept?

Contact us for payment terms.

Samples

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples are available for our core products, including PTFE liners, 4x4 PTFE sheets and FEP sheets.

Can I test PTFE liners in my own caps?

Yes, and we recommend it. Send your cap details first so we can send the right liner size.

Are pre-production samples available for private label?

Yes. Ask us about samples with your branding before bulk production. Contact us for details.

Lead times & shipping

How long does production take?

It depends on the product, quantity and whether packaging is custom. Contact us for current lead times.

Do you ship to the US and Canada?

Yes. The US and Canada are our focus markets. We ship full cartons to business addresses and warehouses.

Who pays duties and handles customs?

That depends on the shipping terms agreed in your quote. Your customs broker should confirm duty rates by tariff classification. Contact us for details.

Why do you recommend full-carton or consolidated shipments?

US duty-free treatment for low-value parcels has ended, so many small parcels now face customs entry and duty individually. One consolidated shipment is usually simpler and more economical.

PTFE liners

What is a PTFE-lined lid?

A PTFE-lined lid is a jar cap with a PTFE liner installed inside. The PTFE face gives a non-stick, chemically inert contact surface for concentrates. See PTFE-lined lids.

What’s the difference between a PTFE liner and a PTFE-lined lid?

A liner is the disc on its own, for buyers who already have caps. A lined lid is the complete cap. See PTFE liners.

PTFE liner vs foam liner: which is better for concentrates?

For sticky, terpene-rich concentrates, many buyers prefer PTFE for its non-stick, inert surface. Foam liners are usually the lower-cost option. Test both in your own jars before deciding.

How do I find the right liner size?

Send the cap’s neck finish (for example, 38/400), the inner diameter of the cap, a drawing or physical samples. We’ll confirm fit before you order.

Will changing the liner affect child-resistant certification?

Child-resistant performance is evaluated for the complete jar, cap and liner system. Check with your compliance team or testing lab before changing liners on a CR package.

PTFE & FEP sheets

Are PTFE sheets reusable?

PTFE is durable and wipes clean, so sheets can be reused for handling and work surfaces. For packaging and storage, most buyers use a fresh sheet per portion.

Is FEP safe for concentrates?

FEP is a fluoropolymer known for its non-stick surface and chemical inertness, which is why it’s widely used for storing and handling concentrates. If you need specific material documentation, ask before ordering.

FEP vs PTFE sheets for concentrates: which should I stock?

PTFE is translucent and folds easily, good for wrapping and everyday handling. FEP is clear and stiffer, popular for display and cold cure. Many distributors stock both. See PTFE vs FEP sheets.

What’s the difference between 4x4 sheets and flow sheets?

4x4 sheets are small pre-cut squares for packaging and storage. Flow sheets are large sheets used in a rosin press. See 4x4 PTFE sheets and PTFE flow sheets.

What thicknesses and counts are available?

Contact us for current thickness options and pack counts.

Private label

Can you put my brand on PTFE and FEP sheet packs?

Yes, private-label packing is available. See OEM & private label. Contact us for details on pack format and printing.

Can you print directly on the sheets?

Contact us for details.

Do you help with artwork?

Send your logo and brand guide and we’ll discuss layout support. Contact us for details.

One-stop sourcing

What does one-stop sourcing include?

You send a full packaging list (liners, PTFE and FEP sheets, concentrate jars, lined lids, parchment and more) and get one quote, one set of samples and one consolidated shipment. See one-stop cannabis packaging.

Can you supply items that aren’t listed on your site?

Our focus is concentrate packaging and extraction supplies. Send the details of anything else on your list and we’ll confirm whether we can supply it.

Do you provide compliance or certification documents?

We describe material properties only. Packaging compliance, including child-resistant requirements and labeling rules in your state or province, is the responsibility of the brand or license holder. Ask us about the material information available for specific products. Contact us for details.
