What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 500 units for most products. PTFE/FEP sheets: 500 sheets per size. Parchment paper: 100 rolls minimum. Custom glass jars: 500 units per design. We accommodate smaller trial orders for new clients to help you validate quality before committing to larger quantities.
Do you ship to the United States and Europe?
Yes. We ship to 50+ countries including all US states, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, Japan, and Thailand. We handle export documentation, HS codes, and work with your freight forwarder or ours (FOB, CIF, or DDP).
How long does production take?
Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk production is typically 2-4 weeks. Custom printed glass jars with full-color UV printing take 3-4 weeks. Plain PTFE and parchment stock orders can ship in 1-2 weeks from our warehouse.
Are your materials food-grade and FDA compliant?
Yes. All our PTFE and FEP sheets are virgin, food-grade, and FDA-compliant. Glass jars use UV-blocking borosilicate glass. Mylar bags and lids meet ASTM D3475 child-resistance standards where required by state regulations.
Can I get custom printing on the glass jars?
Absolutely. We offer full-color UV printing on jar lids, custom mold designs for bottle shapes, and screen printing on Mylar bags. Artwork can be provided in AI, EPS, or PDF format. We send proofs before production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal (for samples under $500), and Western Union. For established clients, we offer net-30 terms with credit approval. All first orders are typically T/T in advance.
