Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Terp Vessel website (terpvessel.com) or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Services

Terp Vessel supplies PTFE/FEP non-stick sheets, PTFE coated parchment paper, custom printed glass jars, mylar bags, and related cannabis packaging products. All product specifications on this website are indicative; final specifications are confirmed in the formal quote and proforma invoice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are FOB (Free On Board) our factory unless otherwise agreed. Prices do not include destination-country import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and agreed deposit. Standard payment terms for new clients: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal (samples/small orders), and L/C (established relationships).

5. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product. PTFE/FEP sheets: 500 sheets. Parchment paper: 100 rolls. Custom glass jars: 500 units per design. Mylar bags and other custom products: typically 500–1,000 units. Smaller trial orders may be accommodated at the discretion of Terp Vessel.

6. Lead Times

Sample lead time is typically 5–7 business days. Bulk production is typically 2–4 weeks after deposit and artwork approval, depending on the product. Custom printed glass jars are typically 3–4 weeks. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed; force majeure events may extend lead times.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier (FOB Incoterms 2020). We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Buyers should arrange appropriate cargo insurance.

8. Quality & Inspection

Buyers have 14 days from receipt of goods to inspect and report quality issues. Claims must be accompanied by photographs and written description. We will replace defective goods or issue a credit at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Compliance & Permits

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country — including cannabis-related packaging regulations, child-resistance requirements, labeling laws, and import permits. Terp Vessel does not provide legal advice regarding regulatory compliance in the buyer’s market.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product photography) is the property of Terp Vessel and is protected by copyright. Buyer-supplied artwork for custom printing remains the buyer’s property; we use it solely to fulfill the order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terp Vessel’s total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product in question. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.
